Break and Enter at Madawaska Valley residence
On Sunday, March 14, 2021, members of the Killaloe Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter to a residence on Weglarz Road, in the Township of Madawaska Valley.
Entry appeared to be gained through a window. Firewood, alcohol and a quantity of cash were reported stolen. The OPP Scenes of Crimes Officer (SOCO) attended the scene to process the area for evidence.

Theft from vehicle in Madawaska Valley
On Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at approximately 3:20 p.m., members of the Killaloe Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a theft from vehicle complaint in the Township of Madawaska Valley.
Police believe the vehicle was entered while parked at a gas station. A quantity of cash was stolen. Police remind residents to “Lock It or Lose It.” Never leave your vehicle running and unoccupied, never leave valuables in your vehicle, and always roll up your windows, lock the doors, and pocket the keys.

Break and Enter at trailer park in South Algonquin
On Saturday, March 13, 2021, members of the Killaloe Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter to a trailer park on Highway 60 in the Township of South Algonquin, where multiple trailers were entered.
Police believe the trailers were entered sometime between November 2020 and March 12, 2021. A Honda generator, electrical equipment, and mattresses were stolen.
