Opeongo Hills Nordic Ski Club
Many Valley residents prefer enjoying the outdoors during the crisp winter months. For the cross-country skiers among them, preparation for winter began with trail clearing last Saturday and continues today Saturday, Nov.29 when Opeongo Hills Nordic Ski Club meet on site at the Yurt to prepare for this season. Spend a couple of hours — or more! Bring work gloves, secateurs, clippers, loppers, small saws, etc. Please note that the trails remain closed until Dec.1st.
Bonnechere Parks Jingle & Mingle
Also today at Bonnechere Park from 10am to 4pm you can enjoy the Jingle & Mingle Holiday Market. Meet at the Davenport Centre on Round Lake. The whole family can enjoy a horse-drawn wagon ride, browse local vendors and have a visit with Santa Claus!

Mrs. Claus’ Christmas Bedtime Stories
