Oliver and Lily Cannon excited with their find at the sale
Saturday’s Gigantic Bake and Yard Sale was held at the Combermere Community Centre. Young shoppers Oliver and Lily Cannon above were pleased with a complete workbench set including tools. Their mother was even more pleased with the $10 price tag.
The event was organized by the Combermere and Area Recreation Committee and co-sponsored with the Madawaska Valley Friendship Club. Sale items were donated by community members and proceeds were divided between the two sponsoring organizations, to go towards future local events and community betterment.
