Editor’s Note: An update received August 10 from the OPP states that on August 7, 2020 the missing youth was located safe by police. The OPP would like to thank the public for their assistance with this missing person investigation.
The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is searching for a missing teenaged female who left a residence in Pembroke in the Laurentian Valley Township.
Madison FAUGHT, aged 17 of Quebec, (above, photo OPP) was last seen being picked up by a male with a beard who appears to be of Middle Eastern descent approximately 30 years of age driving a black Mercedes on Saturday August 1, 2020 shortly before midnight. She was reported missing to police on August 4, 2020 and is believed to be heading to Ottawa or Gatineau.
FAUGHT is described as:
- She is approximately 5’5″, 120 lbs, long brown curly hair
- Last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black Nike sweatpants, black Nike sandals with a white strap and a small black purse with a gold strap
