MV firefighters respond to Bay Street fire

RV burns on Bay Street

The owner of an RV was trying to start the vehicle when it caught fire. Within minutes, the vehicle was engulfed in flames.

Quick response from MV firefighters on Saturday afternoon

Fire Chief Corwin Quade, who was on the scene, said, “It’s fortunate there was no one inside the RV at the time.”
There were no injuries. The street was closed for a little over an hour while firefighters extinguished the blaze.
