OPP seek help following vicious break and enter in Pembroke

Resident Assaulted

 

The Crime Unit of the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a break, enter and assault at a residence on Christie Street in the City of Pembroke which occurred just after midnight on October 26, 2019.

Three unknown males forced their way into the house and a resident of the home sustained serious injuries after being assaulted with an edged weapon. One of the unknown males also brandished a firearm during the incident. Three Persons Of Interest (POI), all in their 20s – 30s, are described as follows:

  • POI #1 – 5’6″ tall, round face with some facial hair, ball cap
  • POI #2 – short brown hair, black jacket
  • POI # 3 – 6′ tall, bald

An older model light grey or silver coloured SUV may be associated to the POIs.
