A champion for a better future in Renfrew–Nipissing–Pembroke

Cyndi Mills is a passionate community leader. As an active volunteer and business owner in the Ottawa Valley, Cyndi is currently the Vice President of the Upper Ottawa Valley Chambers of Commerce, Communications Director for the Petawawa Minor Soccer Club, Volunteer Coordinator for the Petawawa Ski Club, and President of Wreaths Across Canada.

A military spouse and military mom, Cyndi has also volunteered on the Phoenix Centre for Families board, the Military Family Resource Centre, at her children’s school, along with animal rescue groups.

Cyndi is a small business owner. She produces a lifestyle magazine for military families. In 2017, on behalf of the magazine team, Cyndi received the Liz Hoffman Memorial Commendation, a recognition of exceptional skill in resolving conflict and contributing to the well-being of the Defence community.

Cyndi has worked for several newspapers and magazines throughout her career, and she has also hosted a program on Cogeco Television. Cyndi understands the value and need for people to work together to accomplish a task, project, and goal and is committed to working with community organizations, service groups, and municipalities to be a strong voice in Ottawa for our riding.

She is committed to bringing real change to Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke by advocating for strong economic growth, affordable housing, affordable childcare, accessible rural internet and cellular services, and key infrastructure investments in our communities.

As a military spouse and military mom with aging parents, Cyndi believes that it is essential that our seniors and veterans have the programs and services they deserve.

A mother of four, Cyndi resides in the town of Petawawa with her husband and their children. They are expecting their first grandchild this September.

Alongside Justin Trudeau and the Liberal team, Cyndi is deeply committed to being a strong voice for Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke and their priorities.
