The sunny afternoon of Aug.21 was the setting for Madawaska Valley Public Library’s outdoor reception to celebrate its 60th anniversary. Library staff, volunteers and board members all lent a hand in providing a variety of activities, entertainment and refreshments to ensure an enjoyable occasion for all ages.
