Hunters: Fire safety for your trailer and hunt camp

Chief Quade reminds hunters that trailers and hunt camps require a smoke alarm as they are no different than a cottage or a house. Carbon monoxide alarms are also required if you use propane, oil or wood for heat or cooking. Remember: When an alarm sounds you have less than a minute to escape from a fire. He issues this reminder for everyone as “things can go wrong in a hurry.”
