The Zurakowski Park Committee lost a very dear friend in the passing this week of Morris Towns from Madawaska. Above: Morris Towns at the rededication ceremony Zurakowski Park (Photo submitted).
A very dear man, who was a committee member with the Zurakowski Park Project passed away this week – Morris Towns. He was extremely instrumental in making the Park the focal point of Barry’s Bay, and everyone coming to town cannot miss our beautiful Avro Arrow Plane and Spitfire that he had a HUGE part in constructing. We owe him so much and we will all miss him.
My Uncle Morris was a great man too bad I didn’t get to know him that much my heart hurts for his family hugs to all
Fly West, Morris Towns and God Bless you.
