First weekly winner in sixth Catch The Ace lottery

St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation’s Catch the Ace is officially back, and the first winner has picked up the very first cheque of lottery 6! Congratulations to Joe Fisher of Madawaska, who won the weekly prize of $556.00! Above. Photo submitted. He purchased the ticket at the Barry’s Bay MacEwens. He picked envelope number 3, his favorite number, and got so close to finding the Ace of Spades. In fact, his envelope revealed the Ace of Clubs! He says his winnings will come in helpful when paying some bills. The Ace of Spades is still in play, and the estimated weekly prize for Week #2 is $550.00! If the Ace of Spades is found, the lucky winner will take home the estimated total prize of $2,200.00! All proceeds support the purchase of essential medical equipment for St. Francis Memorial Hospital.

Tickets can be purchased at the following locations: Round Lake Centre Food Market, Round Lake Country Store, AJ’s Convenience, Killaloe Hardware, Wilno Building Supply, Charlie D’s, Barry’s Bay MacEwen, the Foundation office, Valley Manor, Barry’s Bay Ultramar, Lorraine’s Pharmasave, Barry’s Bay Shell, CO Country Market, The Cottage Cup, Eganville Shell, Conway’s Pharmacy, Village Discount and Variety, Ramona’s Hairstyling and Whitney Pharmacy.
