Arrest warrants have been issued for two people, wanted in connection with a violent home invasion in Pembroke.
On Friday, February 7, 2025, shortly after 1:30 a.m., officers with the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a home on Gordon Street.
Two men had forced their way into the residence and seriously assaulted a female who was alone in the home. The men fled the scene before police arrived.
The victim was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
As a result of the investigation, arrest warrants have now been issued for Bradyn ANDERSON, age 22 of Waltham, Quebec, and Quinton RACINE, age 26 of Westmeath, who face the Criminal Code charges of:
- Assault with a weapon – section 267(a)
- Aggravated assault – section 268
- Forcible confinement – section 279(2)
- Disguise with intent – section 351(2)
- Mischief – section 430
RACINE is additionally charged with fail to comply with a probation order, section 733.1(1).
