Killaloe OPP seek information about head-on collision

A news release just in confirms that members of the Killaloe Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) continue to investigate a two-vehicle head-on collision which sent both drivers to hospital. On November 27, 2020, shortly after 8:30 a.m., Killaloe officers were dispatched to the collision on Combermere Road, just south of the Madawaska Mountain ski hill, in Madawaska Valley Township.

The drivers were the only occupants of the pick-up truck and crossover vehicles. The female driver of the crossover was extricated from the wreckage by Madawaska Valley Township Firefighters. She and the male driver of the other vehicle were transported to hospital by ambulance. One driver was later transported by Ornge air ambulance to an Ottawa hospital for treatment.
