The annual Friends of St. Francis Charity Golf Tournament will be held at the Homestead at Wolf Ridge Golf Course on Friday, September 3, 2021. Running in conjunction with the Golf Tournament, the Online Auction features items from over 60 local businesses and sponsors. This year’s Online Auction will help support the needs of local healthcare, including the purchase of a GlideScope Core unit for St. Francis Memorial Hospital. This lifesaving device is a visualization system used for intubation and other critical airway procedures.
The online auction started on Monday, August 23rd and closes on Friday, September 3rd at 4 p.m. Please note the 4:00 p.m. closing time, so get your bids in early.
Auction items will be on display at the Homestead at Wolf Ridge from September 1 to 3 if golfers would like to browse some of the incredible finds.
Erin Gienow, Executive Director of St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation (SFVH), said, “We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who generously donated an item for the auction and to everyone who plans on participating by placing a bid on one of the many items available. The Auction is volunteer driven initiative and it takes many hours to organize such a successful and fun event. We are very grateful to Rosanne Hoffman and her team of helpers, Christine Hudder, and Lorraine and Craig Coulter for all of their efforts! At the Foundation, we are inspired everyday by our generous supporters and volunteers who continue to make local healthcare a priority to ensure that our caregivers have the equipment they need to care for us all. We encourage everyone to help us reach our goal to purchase a critical piece of equipment for the Emergency Department at St Francis by checking out the Auction before it is too late.”
