Call it good karma or just plain good luck, but the Week #16 Catch the Ace winner now has quite the story to tell! It all started when Richard Shulist was enjoying dinner at the Balmoral with his Wolves Alumni crew. Without any hesitation, Richard footed the bill for the group. Tommy Burchat was one of the pals who got his dinner covered. The longtime friends crossed paths soon after at the Wilno Parish pancake breakfast, where Richard was volunteering his time. Tommy noticed that a Catch the Ace volunteer was also selling tickets, so he decided to buy Richard a ticket to thank him for his recent generosity. Much to the surprise of both men, Richard’s ticket was picked in the Week #16 draw held on Thursday, February 15th. Although he didn’t find the Ace of Spades behind envelope number 3, Richard is taking home the incredible weekly prize of $1,388! Richard says he will use the cash to buy more Catch the Ace tickets and take his buddy out for another meal. Above Richard Shulist. Photo submitted.
The Ace of Spades remains hidden, and the estimated weekly prize for Week #17 is $1,550.00! If the Ace of Spades is found, the lucky winner will take home the estimated total prize of $30,035.00!
