Buy a bag of books this weekend
This Bay Day weekend Madawaska Valley Public Library will hold a “Buy a Bag” Used Book Sale. On Friday and Saturday (May 17-18) you’ll be able to buy $10 and $20 bags of books from the used book sale. Thanks to local businesses for donating bags.
It’s also a good time to swap out your used books – the Library always accepts donations of used books (not textbooks) in good condition (no mold or mildew). You can also donate DVDs for the book sale as these are always popular during the summer. Above: photo Syd Wachs on Unsplash
