St. John Bosco students donate to local healthcare

St. John Bosco Catholic School provided a generous donation to the St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation (SFVHF) recently. School council held a Candy Gram fundraiser on Hallowe’en and Valentine’s Day and raised $400. Students chose to designate $200 to the Growing Together Emergency Department Redevelopment Campaign for St. Francis Memorial Hospital, $100 for Valley Manor to provide birthday presents to residents, and $100 for Madawaska Valley Hospice Palliative Care’s loan cupboard rental fee. Thank you to everyone who organized and supported this student-led fundraiser.
