Annual Hallowe’en Hunt today in Barry’s Bay

Valley goblins and ghouls get ready – today’s the day you’ve been waiting for. The annual Hallowe’en Hunt is on in Barry’s Bay from 10am to 3pm. It’s free, family-friendly fun! Just pick up a Scavenger Map at either end of the village (Madawaska Valley Public Library or Northern Credit Union) and follow it to local businesses where you can solve all the clues. Once you’ve done that, you can exchange your completed map for a Goodie Bag.

Remember to drop by the Barry’s Bay Train Station to visit the creepy Ghostbusters Haunted House. If you’re there between 11am and 2pm, you can enjoy a free Hotdog Lunch while supplies last.

While you’re on the trail scavenging for clues, you can enjoy the fun window displays and more at local businesses.

This free, fun day for Valley families is provided courtesy of Madawaska Valley Public Library, Madawaska Valley Township, StationKeepers MV, local businesses and many volunteers. Special thanks to our local business owners for donating the Goodie Bags!
