Bernard Potvin of Ottawa took home the prize after consistently playing since online tickets became available. He selected envelope 24, a number with multiple meanings for him. It is his mom’s birthday and connects to his work at the Beer Store, where he often sells “two-fours”. Envelope 24 revealed the eight of diamonds. Bernard plans on using his winnings toward a new set of vehicle tires. Next week’s estimated weekly prize is $1000, with the progressive jackpot currently at $4,141.
